Sweet Vesuvius

Sweet Vesuvius is a small-batch hot sauce that highlights some of the best produce in and around Frog's Point in Western New York: Red Savina habaneros from my garden fermented and blended with apple cider vinegar, honey from my bees, loads of roasted garlic from my neighbor's field, delicata squash and carrots roasted golden-brown, fresh basil and rosemary, and rounded out with warm spices.

This thick, fiery hot sauce is good on... everything!

Because delicata squash is extremely seasonal, there's a very limited supply of Sweet Vesuvius available this spring. More will come in the fall, and from then on it will be on sale from fall until gone every year.
